Racing full cheek crankshaft, Becker type, for various Solex mopeds / mopeds
The reinforced tuning crankshaft has the following dimensions:
Ø Flywheel mass: 74.9 mm
Width flywheel mass: 14.0 mm
Ø Bottom connecting rod bearing journal: 10 mm
Ø Cheek journal bearing seat: 20 mm
Ø 1st increment: 18 mm
Ø 2nd increment: 15 mm
Total length of cheek journal from bearing seat (cheek surface): 176 mm
Attention: In order to be able to install the shaft, adjustments to the housing are necessary:
- A 6004 bearing must be used as the main bearing; for this purpose, the bearing seat in the housing must be milled out from 42 mm.
- For the clutch basket, an M18 x .5 mm nut must be used.
- An M10 x 1.25 mm nut must be used for the flywheel.
- The housing cover must be milled out, otherwise the connecting rod will rub against it.
- The connecting rod length is 5 mm shorter than that of the original crankshaft
