Decades of experience and innovation guarantee first-class quality
The success story of the Italian brand Progrip began in 1960 in the small town of Cassano Magnago in Lombardy. At that time, the company began manufacturing its products, which were initially primarily grips for both bicycles and motorised two-wheelers. From the very beginning, the company drew on the experience and expertise of its predecessor company Plastiche Cassano. This company had been producing handles at the same headquarters since 1925, initially from buffalo horns and after the Second World War also from bakelite, plastic and acetate. In the following decades, Progrip continuously invested in product development and became involved in motorcross and racing from the 1980s onwards. The product range was expanded accordingly to include protective goggles and racing clothing as well as other related products. Today, the company produces around 200,000 pairs of grips per day and exports around 70 per cent of its products all over the world.
