Reinforcement set for all manual Sachs clutches of the 503, 50/2, 50/3, 50/4 series
The revised version, the springs fit perfectly and the paint no longer chips off.
The total force is 40% stronger compared to 9 original springs. (Stage 2, red)
The clutch reinforcement set consists of 3 springs, 6 red and 3 original clutch springs.
Installation instructions:
- The red springs are slightly conical and must be placed on the spring plate with the larger end facing downwards!
- The 3 original springs are fitted together with the clutch pins.
We do not recommend using stronger springs, or even 9 red springs, as this increases the force too much and can damage the clutch basket bearing.
