
Complete HRT SX50 KTM clutch suitable for all Puch Maxi mopeds / mopeds with E50 engine.
High-end product, developed for racing purposes and designed for the highest loads. The CNC-machined clutch carriers are manufactured to an accuracy of 0.5 g, which ensures smooth, even running. The metallic lining ensures uncompromising contact pressure and therefore optimum performance.
The clutch hub is equipped with a splined track and fits easily on all common Puch crankshafts. The cone impresses with its precise fit and thanks to the existing thread, you can use your standard Puch clutch puller.
With the specially developed SWAT (Simple Weight Adjustment Technology), the engagement speed can be changed without having to dismantle the clutch. The lining weight can be easily adjusted using the grub screws supplied. It can be varied between 39.5 g and 44 g, which corresponds to an adjustment range of the engagement speed of around 1000 rpm. The grub screws should be glued in with threadlocker (ideally Loctite 243) or tightened to at least 4 Nm.
The scope of delivery includes disk springs instead of conventional springs. This allows the clutch to be adjusted more precisely and the diaphragm springs allow less adjustment than conventional springs. The clutch is supplied partially assembled. The discs are not yet fitted so that you can adjust the spring rates according to your requirements.
We recommend the following basic setting for the first assembly of the spring packs: ()()()()()()()( or total dimension of the stacked disc springs approx. 15.5 mm.
